The pipe organ
The chapel's pipe organ still plays after more than a century. It was the heart of the Presbyterian congregation's music — hymns and recitals filling the sanctuary Sunday after Sunday, the room built around it and the stained glass tuned to its voice.
Instruments like this are rare now. They ask for steady, patient care — tuning, regulation, leatherwork, and a dry, even-tempered room to live in. We're keeping up with that, season by season, so the organ can keep singing for everyone who comes through the doors.

The organ and the chapel are open to musicians every day of the week, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Book practice, teaching, rehearsal, or performance time directly on the calendar — claim a slot that works for you.

A note on how we share this room: vocational music teachers may be paid for their teaching, as that is their livelihood. But there are no fee-related performances, no ticketed entertainment, and no profiteering events here. We share music with each other freely as air.
