2nd House (Dhana Bhava) (Bhava)

Nourishment, speech, family, stored wealth

One of the twelve domains of life in Vedic astrology. Each house corresponds to a specific area of human experience — from the self to society to the spiritual. In the garden, each bed embodies a house through its plants.

Body parts: Mouth, throat, teeth, voice

Paired sign: Taurus

"Taurus teaches grounded abundance, patient accumulation, and sensual sweetness. Sweet, fragrant, nourishing perennials."

Tend the life-domain of this house the way you'd tend its bed.
